Thank you for shopping with Reveal Haus. Because our jewelry pieces are curated and often one-of-a-kind, we ask that customers review this policy carefully before purchasing.
All Sales Final
All purchases made through Reveal Haus, including purchases made during live sales, are considered final sale. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or preference after purchase.
Live Sale Purchases
Items claimed during live sales are considered confirmed purchases once checkout is completed. Customers are responsible for ensuring their order totals are correct before completing payment.
Vintage & Pre-Owned Jewelry
Many Reveal Haus pieces are vintage or pre-owned and may show minor signs of age, wear, or patina. These characteristics are considered part of the item’s history and are not considered defects.
Custom & Personalized Items
All custom or personalized pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging. Claims submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for review.
Incorrect Item Received
If you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review and resolve the issue.
Shipping & Delivery
All orders are shipped with tracking. Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, Reveal Haus is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers are encouraged to ensure a secure delivery location.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By completing a purchase through Reveal Haus, you the customer acknowledges and agrees to this return policy. Filing a chargeback for a purchase that follows the terms outlined in this policy may be considered a violation of these terms.
